About Me

Originally from Quito, Ecuador, I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in Dentistry before relocating to New York. Having called Queens home for over two decades, I have developed a deep understanding of the area’s unique dynamics and its ever-evolving market trends. With a multicultural background—being married to both an American and Italian descendant—I offer a distinct perspective and a personalized approach to my work, ensuring a refined and culturally attuned service that meets the diverse needs of my clients.

In 1999, I moved to New York and began my career in real estate. Driven by a desire to expand my expertise, I pursued community health studies and earned an associate’s degree in 2010. My transition to the United States and change in careers allowed me to grow into a compassionate and adaptable Realtor, always focused on better serving my clients.

For ten years, I managed a real estate office specializing in the rental division, where I built a robust network of landlords, investors, and clients. This role also allowed me to expand my expertise in commercial real estate, short sales, and building codes, eventually becoming a specialist in these areas. I find this work especially meaningful because I take pride in helping others and witnessing the relief and joy in my clients’ faces when they achieve their goals.
